Welcome to Niah’s Sacred Garden a business that started from something very personal to me: wanting to learn how to take better care of myself and my family naturally.

I’ve been studying and working with herbs since 2020. When COVID came around, I became much more intentional about what I was putting into my body and what I was using for my family. I started researching herbs, learning about their traditional uses, making teas, tinctures, oils, and different herbal preparations, and honestly… I fell in love with the whole process.

The more I learned, the more I realized just how much knowledge about plants has been passed down through generations.

I began growing my own relationship with herbs instead of only reaching for something from a bottle at the store whenever I didn’t feel my best. Learning about plants gave me a completely different perspective on wellness.

Over the years, herbs became a huge part of my family’s lifestyle and my own daily routine. I became much more intentional about natural wellness, nutrition, what I consume, and how I care for my body.

That journey eventually became Niah’s Sacred Garden.

Why I Created Niah’s Sacred Garden
I created this brand because I wanted to share what I’ve learned with other people who are curious about herbs and want to incorporate more natural products into their everyday lives.

I’m not here to tell you that herbs are magic or that you should ignore your doctor. I’m here because I believe people deserve to learn about plants, understand what they’re using, and make informed choices about their own wellness.

There is so much traditional herbal knowledge out there, and I want to help make that knowledge easier to explore.

Every tea, tincture, blend, and botanical product I create comes from that passion.

And it’s about creating something that I would feel good about bringing into my own home.

I’m not claiming to know everything about herbs — and honestly, I don’t think anyone ever stops learning.

The herbal world is huge, and there’s always another plant, preparation method, traditional practice, or piece of knowledge to discover.

That’s one of my favorite things about this journey.
